LetMeNext provides political consulting services including campaign strategy, voter analytics, political branding, aura farming, local governance consulting, and digital & data solutions for elections across various levels in Uttar Pradesh, India.
Our services are intended for individuals and organisations engaged in or preparing for electoral campaigns. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services.
All engagements are governed by a separate, signed consulting agreement. The terms of each engagement, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees, are defined in that agreement and take precedence over these general terms where they differ.
All content, materials, strategies, and methodologies provided by LetMeNext remain the intellectual property of LetMeNext unless explicitly transferred by a written agreement. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use deliverables for their stated campaign purpose.
While we are committed to delivering the highest quality of consulting, electoral outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control. LetMeNext does not guarantee specific election results and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
