Consulting fees are agreed upon and documented in the signed engagement or consulting agreement prior to the commencement of services. Fee structures vary depending on the scope and level of the engagement.
If you wish to cancel an engagement, please notify us in writing at the earliest opportunity. Cancellation terms, including any applicable notice periods, are defined in your consulting agreement.
Refunds, where applicable, are determined based on the stage of the engagement and the work completed at the time of cancellation. Work already delivered, or expenses already incurred on your behalf, may not be refundable.
